Homeowners are asked to ensure that furniture, artwork, decorative items and other personal effects and keepsakes are removed from the spaces surrounding windows and doors that will be renovated. On the exterior, S.I.S. will be on-site with a variety of building tools including ladders and, in some instances, scaffolding. S.I.S. will work to ensure disruption is minimized. Homeowners are asked to relocate items like barbeques and patio furniture away from the home.

Building Codes and Permits

As a licensed installer and contractor, S.I.S. will ensure your project is implemented accurately and within all required building codes. Permits where applicable can be arranged by S.I.S.
